powers
photokinesis: his primary power is the ability which allows him to affect electromagnetic waves of visible spectrum. in layman's terms, he can manipulate visible light.

light refraction and disruption: the ability to bend light around him to appear 'invisible'. it's actually just a very sneaky camouflage. he can also absorb light, leaving darkness where the light used to be.

photon lasers: the ability to channel light into generating beams of light into his fingertips which are basically a human laser pen. only it really can blind you, just like your seventh grade teacher told you.
